Engagements start with a short diagnostic to map where intention and execution come apart. From there, the work is shaped around the smallest set of changes that will actually move the team this quarter.
Principles
- Propose the problem before the solution.
- Lead with outcomes, not framework names.
- Design for the people who will use the system, not the people who will admire the diagram.
- Ship in small, reviewable increments.
- Hand over with documentation a new joiner could follow.
